I loved how close the hotel was to Hoan Kiem Lake, just a 10-minute walk, where I enjoyed leisurely strolls and beautiful park views, and the nearby street full of cute cafes and local food options made it easy to grab a delicious meal after a day of exploring.

I thoroughly enjoyed its reasonably spacious and immaculate rooms.
mentioned hotel exceeded all expectations and my stay there was really great. everything was wonderful, exceptional location close to many tourist attractions in hanoi that you can walk, the staff were consistently courteous. the best breakfast for all tastes was a nice touch. there was free wi-fi in all rooms and the service in general was excellent.

The great and the meh
Comfortable and clean environment, amazing staff willing to help with anything. Location is perfect for exploring the city's culture,, right next to bustling shops and famous attractions.
The breakfast lacked variety and the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent at times. The limited amenities were a bit disappointing.

My partner and I enjoyed a two night stay at this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful booking a tour to Halong Bay and train tickets onwards to Hue. One of the staff members even took us in a taxi to the train station and put our bags on the train. The room was standard and clean. Breakfast was included and basic american. The hotel is located in the old quarter and is central. Upon returning to the hotel after our Halon Bay tour the staff greeted us offered us a shower and internet use and had our train tickets ready (even though we were not staying at the hotel that night).

We spent 8 nights with our 4-year-old in a cozy one bedroom that quickly felt cramped. The staff were amazing, especially Anna, who helped us with a free upgrade to a spacious family room. Her friendly approach and excellent English. The strategic location allowed us to explore all major attractions on foot, reducing the need for transport stress.
The building was old and we encountered a few cockroaches.

Clean, big rooms with free Wi-Fi. AC was weak during heat wave.

missingWrote a review on 03 Julgreat locationcramped roomlack of coffee supplies
The location is fantastic. The breakfast options are varied, including good cakes and fresh fruits. Some rooms felt cramped and would benefit from refurbishment, and there was a noticeable lack of coffee supplies in the room. While the staff were generally helpful, the breakfast service could be slow, leading to limited options at peak times.

I appreciated the warm atmosphere created by the antique furniture and the attentive staff. The location was ideal to explore the vibrant Old Quarter, easily accessible for senior guests.
Limited breakfast selection could be improved.

The Beautiful Double Room was pretty comfy. The shower was spacious and had good water pressure, although the detachable shower head sprayed everywhere. I had one window, but it just faced the back of another building-no great view there. Room was clean, and the air conditioning was already cool when I arrived. I didn't really get to enjoy the TV much since it had snow on all channels. It did the job for my stay, but could use some updates.
